• Principle: The ONIS “Block & Bleed” Lineblind combines the ONIS Lineblind and one or two ball valves.
• Two models of ONIS “Block & Bleed” Lineblind:
> Model 1V1: Single block and bleed lineblind system, with one ball valve.
> Model 2V1: Double block and bleed lineblind system, with two ball valves.
• Available in special steels (carbon steel, stainless steel, Ni-Alloys...) for a wide range of temperatures, pressures and mediums.
• Also available in fire safe design which include graphite gaskets.

Advantages
ONIS “Block & Bleed” Lineblind reduces flange to flange dimension over traditional layout, as ball valve(s) are integrated in the ONIS Lineblind construction.
Dead chamber dramatically decreased which means much less media loss during line isolation between the two ball valves.
Less gaskets in line.
Safety Mechanical Interlock between the Lineblind and valves, to prevent an operation of the lineblind if the ball valves are opened.
Drain plug included.
